I hope that YOU are having a great Monday. I teach first grade so thanks to one student in particular, I did not have an easy day. She's really challenging and the more I think about it, the more I realize that she is the worst student that I have ever had in my 11 years of teaching first grade for one reason only. She has absolutely no fear/respect for authority figures. UGH!!!!!!
I don't want to dwell on a negative aspect of my life because if I do, I will scream. But I brought this point up because it's connected to a what I want to talk about today. I believe in destiny........
I honestly believe that things happen when they're supposed to. I feel so lucky to have started my Mary Kay business in August of 2011. Right before I started the most challenging academic year in the history of my teaching career. And my blessings don't stop there, because I was also very fortunate to have been recruited by a director who is helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, generous, and caring. And my NSD is the awesome Lisa Madson so I am constantly being encouraged, praised and trained to be successfull!!! http://web.me.com/dmadson1/Lisa_Madson/Your_Future_is_Now.html.
So when I am feeling my lowest at my "day job", my Mary Kay business allows me to focus on a positive aspect of my life. If I didn't have MK, I hate to think what this academic year would have been like. So yes, I do believe in destiny, and I thank God everyday for his perfect timing :-)
